At PrecisePK (Company name ‘Healthware Inc.’) the Security and Privacy of our customer's data is our priority. Our relationship with our customers is based on trust and reliance. Therefore, transparency in regard to third-party vendors that may have access to your data, or the data you input into our software, is crucial.

Various data processing operations need to be performed so that PrecisePK can deliver, develop, and ensure the continuity of our services.

Not all such processing activities are carried out by PrecisePK and our staff, we use certain sub-processors that assist us in providing our high-quality services to you. Hence, some operations have been outsourced to third parties.

This page provides information about the parties whose services we use in executing our customers’ data processing instructions and/or for certain of our own data processing purposes.

The tables below set out who our current sub-processors are, what are their roles (the nature of the services each of them provides us), where are they located and where their data processing operations are performed (e.g., where they store the data that we entrust to them, including, where applicable, our customers’ data).

Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning outlined in our Terms of Service Agreement.

Above is the list of Sub-Processors we engage with as well as the purpose for their use. If you/ your company would like to be notified of intended changes to this list, then please email dpo@precisepk.com with the email subject “Subscribe” to join our distribution list. Once subscribed in this manner you will receive notification of new Sub-Processors before those Sub-Processors are authorized to process Personal Data on PrecisePK’s behalf.
